Each day sets a target number of focus blocks โ€” study along to a video for each one โ€” plus a technique to try. Tap a day to check it off as you go.

Adjust As Needed

Make it yours

The challenge should stretch you, not break you. Scale it in either direction on any given day.

๐ŸŒฑ Make it easier

  • Shorten each block to 15 minutes โ€” showing up beats burning out.
  • Take a longer break between blocks; recovery is part of the training.
  • Do fewer blocks than the target and repeat the day tomorrow.
  • Study something light or review notes instead of hard new material.

๐Ÿ”ฅ Make it harder

  • Phone in another room, notifications fully off โ€” no exceptions.
  • Stack blocks back-to-back with only a 5-minute reset.
  • Tackle your hardest subject first, while willpower is fresh.
  • End each block by writing what you'll do in the next one.
